Oof, I had acne like this when I was younger. It'd be really good for some of her clients to use tretinoin because it really helps out severe acne like this compared to other junkie acne medications. I'm not sure what current derms recommend, but I hope they emphasize the importance of moisturing because it reduces clogged blackheads like this. Japanese moisturizers are especially the best because it doesn't have the fragrance that Korean ones do. acne is a nightmare

You are causing a lot of trauma to their pores by digging around In them with that needle. Can't you just prick it and then squeeze? It would be much more satisfying to watch.
Why not clean the worst zits first to make a difference in any video?
